  1. I was recently looking at some property off of Perrysville Ave and after doing some homework see that you are part of PHCC. I wonder if you can put me in touch with someone I could talk to about investing in residential properties in that area. I am not looking for real estate agents, I am looking for community members.

    Thank you in advance.

    1. We would be more than happy to help you Mr. Long. If you could please provide more details on the property that your interested in or land we could assist you with that. We also hold monthly meeting for development as well as community meetings to hear more of what is going on in the area.

      Thank you in advace.

  2. Hi everyone- I am a Pitt graduate student in social work taking an Urban Environment class.

I have been focusing on Perry Hilltop for projects, and would like to meet with a member/members of the Council to learn more about the history of this area’s demise.
I feel I can safely use that word because I grew up and went to grade school at McNaugher when the neighborhood was a very different place.
My questions also include why this area has not benefitted in the same ways other areas on the lower North Side have…not to mention other distressed areas in the city.
